my book is now available for presales

So first of all, I’m sorry to have taken so much time off from posting here. The time away is likely to continue at least through August as I am frantically finishing the book I’ve written that is already for sale from Atria Books, an imprint of Simon and Schuster.

I have a thousand feelings about this book. I feel terrified and vulnerable about it even as I’m grateful for the opportunity to put out into the world an object that is the culmination of bits of writing I’ve been doing into the darkness (and sometimes into the light) for literal decades.

The cover photo is by the inimitable Scarlett Kapella. Editing by the brilliant Jenny Xu. I have about a thousand other people to thank, and I will be doing so.
